I am experienced and skilled in working with clients who have chemical dependency, codependency, depression, bipolar, anxiety disorders, trauma, and/or relationship issues. I see individuals and couples. I also work with parents of adolescents and offer family therapy sessions. I am excited about the good results that can be achieved with EMDR and EFT. Reducing the level of emotional disturbance, can clear the way for problem solving and healing.

I am highly experienced assisting children, teenagers, young adults, and families with a variety of behavioral, developmental, and social - emotional challenges. As a former school counselor, I can provide beneficial information regarding accommodations/modifications that are needed in the school setting. In a private counseling setting, I can help with behavioral and emotional challenges, including: anger, bullying, impulse control, depression, anxiety, peer relationships, and self-regulation techniques. I assists teens steer through difficult challenges and offer support for the young adult while they face many challenges as they navigate life and their many changing roles after high school.

I am Tralynza, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I was born and raised in Memphis, TN, and I am a nine-year U.S. Air Force, active duty, war veteran. I earned my bachelor’s in social work at Texas A&M-Central Texas and a master’s in social work at Our Lady of the Lake University-Worden School of Social Service, with concentration on Hispanic children & families. I have experience working with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, depression, anxiety, children, teens, adults, & groups.
