I have over 19 years of diverse experience in the social work and mental health field. I entered the profession because I wanted to help people learn the skills necessary to live their best lives. I have served in community behavioral health outpatient, residential group treatment, and general healthcare settings primarily with individuals, children, adolescents, families, and groups with mental health and co-occurring conditions. I received my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Monmouth University. During my graduate program I gained experience working with geriatrics, adults, and adolescents. I gained clinical experience working with survivors in a domestic and sexual violence center. I also worked together with individual clients and their loved ones as well as facilitating group therapy. I have experience working in short term rehabilitation and long term care facilities, as well as having experience in an acute care hospital as a case manager.
