I meet with parents who are struggling with a variety of challenges including transitioning into parenthood, co-parenting, managing a child's challenging behavioral or emotional issues, balancing caregiving responsibilities with other aspects of life, foster/adoption, or relating to and caring for a child with special needs. I help to develop strength and confidence for the challenges of parenthood by partnering with the caregiver at any stage of parenthood. I help improve the quality of relationships between parents and their children.
Experiencing traumas can often bring about problems including anxiety, post-traumatic stress, anger, and depression. I help to empower people to find the courage to address the impact of these experiences on their view of self, relationships, and general functioning. I provide a safe space for people to disclose their experiences and begin to heal.
I meet with individuals who are struggling for a variety of reasons. I partner with people to help move beyond stories that no longer serve them. Together we can create a plan to add more happiness and peace in your life.
