As a mental health professional I like to take a person centered approach to my clients. As a clinician I feel as though you have to meet people where they are. The only expert to a clients needs is that client. I never approach a client with any all or nothing or black and white thinking. Somethings can be so sensitive or difficult we cannot talk to those who are involved. Our focus is on you and not arbitrary time restraints. We also offer 24 hour emergency support.
