In addition to being a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I utilize EMDR and Somatic Experiencing, methods ideally suited to release the stress, anxiety, trauma and overwhelm trapped in one's mind and body. These powerful modalities can allow you to quickly resolve past emotional issues so you can move forward with a sense of joy and freedom.
My experiences working with schools, Hospice, and providing providing intensive in-home therapy to families, has allowed me the humbling privilege of walking with all types of individuals through some of life's most difficult circumstances.
