I am currently a pre licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Candidate and a Registered Psychotherapist with diverse experience in court mandated and outpatient psychotherapy, substance abuse, and treating girls and women survivors/victims of human trafficking, sexual and domestic abuse. I have additional training and certifications in addictions counseling and specialize in working with female youth and young adult women in the treatment of behavioral issues, trauma, grief, domestic, and substance abuse using systems base approaches, group therapy, and expressive arts.

As a clinical therapist who has worked with varying communities, I have developed a deep passion for working with people in all walks of life. Together, we will take a journey to better understand how some life experiences can impact the way you interact with others and how certain reactions are developed out of a need to protect yourself. I will challenge you to take your life back and learn how to navigate intense emotions in a healthy way, so your reactions do not block you from stability and happiness.

I am an addiction counselor/ therapist and the name of my agency is "Restoration". I have years of experience and training in addiction and a variety of approaches. I work together with clients to explore and work through old patterns or unexpected traumatic experiences. I have found that, by treating people with compassion rather than judgment; positive change happens.I am a proponent of Client Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational interviewing, Evident Based Practices and Stress Release Techniques. I have had the opportunity to impact not only the lives of the clients I serve, but also their families.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist, who works with children, adolescents and adults. I also work at the Children's Hospital, Colorado, and work with children and families, who are struggling with a variety of issues. I work with both adults and children. My goal is to help children, adolescents and adults come up with ways to cope and manage life stressors, and focus on sustained solutions to their problems. I provide clients with state-of-the-art, empirically-supported behavioral health interventions shown to result in fast and sustainable relief from a variety of emotions.
