The Spring: expressive therapy group for teens
At The Spring, you will grow your insight into self and others using expressive therapy techniques. Incorporating art and traditional group therapy, you will explore current challenges to develop new healthy outlets. Previous arts experience is not required. This is not about art. It is about creating. You will learn to focus on the process not the product. We will use art, music, imagery, collage, and meditation to explore deeper and more authentic ways of understanding oneself and growing. Topics include: happiness, boundaries, transitions, relationships, self-expression, relaxation, and coping. Closed Group, meets for 8 weeks starting in 2016!
