I operate under the belief that mental health and wellness exists at the junction of the biological, social and psychological facets of an individual, and that a balance is needed to address the human condition. With this in mind even the most difficult of concerns to address can be a profound force for positive change in someone's life.
My practice consists of a mix of Cognitive Behavioral, Narrative, and Solution Focused therapy techniques. I believe that an individual is best served by employing multiple theoretical viewpoints therefore meeting the individual where they stand, while simultaneously employing a strengths based approach to therapeutic relationships.
I work with an array of concerns including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsiveness, reoccurring thought patterns, anger, and body dysmorphia.
