Adoption and grief work are both specialties. I have completed extensive trainings in both disciplines and gained tools to help those struggling with profound loss. "How do I deal with the darkness within?" I know it feels overwhelming. I believe that you can find some relief and even joy. Depression, anxiety and empty nest are also specialties.

Reaching out can be the hardest step. Once we meet you will realize how much better you can feel. The isolation, sadness and/or anxiety can be addressed and you can find the joy that you so desperately , deserve. Make the call, I promise you it will be worth it.
