I'm an experienced child and family therapist ready to assist you in dealing with life challenges that come your way. As a parent and professional, I understand the many struggles attached to this journey through life. I also work with adults in helping to discover a place of healing and happiness. I love connecting with others and creating a safe and trusting environment to feel heard or understood. I'm humbled when individuals, both children and adults, open their hearts and allow me to support them along their treatment path.
I specialize in working with children and families. I have extensive background and training on tackling challenges related to childhood. Some of these specialties include: anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting issues, opposition, school struggles, autism, adoption/foster struggles, etc. I also have special training to treat Postpartum Mood Disorders.
Working in private practice affords me an opportunity to take a more personable approach in helping overcome barriers you reach in life. I use a variety of techniques or therapeutic approaches and work to tailor which approach is used for each individual's needs.
