I believe that as I support you through gaining awareness of external influences, examination of past behaviors and thought processes, and the development or enhancement of coping skills, you will achieve the changes you desire. I have worked therapeutically with adults—individuals and couples—ranging in various ages and backgrounds from teens to seniors.

Therefore, through exploration of self-perceptions, level of self-care, and decision-making process, the changes that you desire may be pursued. I have worked with individuals who have had dysfunction in their relationships or issues with self-esteem to achieve the desired well-being.
