My experience is heavily focused on trauma, especially interpersonal; anxiety; and parenting challenges. Talking with people in counseling is a gift people share with me and I am honored when I can be a part of someone's "story." I am particularly skilled working alongside pre-adolescents, adolescent, young adult females, and parents of teens, who feel stuck and in the trenches of family dynamics, significant relationships, life circumstances, and/or mental health conditions. Life is often difficult, and especially so during transitions.
