I believe in self-reflection and helping others to become their authentic selves. When we know and understand ourselves, we can begin to regain control, have the types of relationships that we believe we deserve, and choose our own paths in life. My clinical interests include anxiety, trauma and PTSD, relationship concerns, LGBTQ issues, worry and perfectionism, and family discord. I am an integrative therapist that most often utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while incorporating other evidence-based treatment approaches.

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist that works collaboratively with individuals, couples and families. I have a special interest in working with adolescents and young adults going through transitional periods (i.e., school, new job, college, new relationship, etc.).
