I offer individual therapy to adults experiencing mental health challenges, including living with anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, PTSD, life transitions, addiction struggles, self-esteem, and family/relationship conflict. I also have experience working with military veterans.
A vital part of my practice incorporates acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing modalities. I offer a strengths-based, person-centered approach. Each of these modalities can also be viewed through a trauma-informed lens.
I am here to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for you to be yourself. We thrive when we experience belonging and acceptance.
