For over 25 years, my work has focused on individuals, couples and families. I focus primarily on the marital and parenting relationship. All relationships are fertile ground for personal growth and improved understanding of self. Relationships are places where emotional triggers are experienced which can cause feelings of stress and vulnerability. I help my clients understand how relationships are places where greater self awareness can be developed with an increased understanding into who you are and what is important. Finding greater peace lies in the ability to solve personal conflicts, honestly express feelings and develop greater understanding of others.
Another primary focus area of my work is divorce and the co-parenting relationship. As a Collaborative Divorce Coach and Family Mediator, I have dedicated my work to assisting parents in the process of peacefully transitioning their families through their divorce with greater dignity and respect and less misunderstandings.
I provide a safe place to work through misunderstandings, conflict and stress. My goal is to listen to your unique story and respond in a non-judgmental, compassionate manner. In our work together, couples are able to have effective conversations that untangle their conflicts and create healthy improved relationships.
