I have training and experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings with individuals battling eating disorders, chemical dependency, anxiety/depression, and unresolved traumatic experiences. My approach to counseling is holistic, as I believe it is important to take the emotional, physical, spiritual, and relational aspects of clients into account.
I work with individuals, families/couples and adolescents. I specialize in eating disorders, anxiety/depression, substance abuse, relationship distress, pre-teen and teen concerns, unresolved grief and trauma, and parenting/family concerns. I work with children age 7+. I offer flexible scheduling with day and evening appointments available.
