I offer the kind of listening your friends and your family cannot provide, as they may be too close to you and too close to the situation to be able to hear and see things clearly. Counseling provides a space for you to be seen, and to learn to embrace your unique perception. You need to be heard to understand how you think, and to be able to see how you are perceived by others. This will help you find harmony in your relationships.
My clients find authentic connection with me. We oscillate between laughs and tears, offering a depth of communication that brings clarity and resolution. I connect with adolescents through art, games and msuic. I offer adults a space for transformation and honor the time we have together to build connection and understanding.
