The mind, body and spiritual connection is at the heart of my work. I utilize various interpersonal techniques to enhance my psychoanalytical training: Somatic Guided Imagery, dream work, regression, rebirthing and shamanic techniques. All of these modalities are gateways to the unconscious mind where healing occurs.
I work with "stuck" energy in the body using images and feelings to bring back balance and harmony. Strategies which help you survive can also keep you locked into old patterns. Working with the mind-body connection re-establishes wholeness.
