Most of my clients are seeking to feel better, to accept themselves, to feel empowered, and to truly enjoy their lives. I am licensed in OR and CA. I utilize a holistic approach to healing that addresses people on all levels (body, mind and soul). I offer a safe, non-judgmental environment for you to explore your feelings and develop a stronger relationship with yourself. I have clients ranging from age 12 to 81 including men and women. My holistic approach includes viewing you from all angles; body, mind and soul. My philosophy is that we are all on our own soul's journey and no one person's journey looks the same. I believe we all truly desire to be our authentic self and I love helping people discover what that looks like for them.
I utilize a variety of psychological theories incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and Brainspotting. We work together to formulate your therapy goals. I offer coping skills in sessions that you can practice at home and sometimes give homework. My goal is always to reduce distressing symptoms and improve overall functioning.
