Parenting Services for Families and After Adoption is a prevention-early intervention psychotherapy and educational practice for families with young children, both by birth and via adoption. Elaine Frank and Denise Rowe assist parents in getting to know their infants and toddler's personalities and ways of relating and communicating. The better one knows one's child, the more effective will be parenting strategies. Parent-child groups are a stimulating, enjoyable way to learn about aspects of the parent-child relationship, improve child and parent behavior, and learn about the 'ghosts' one brings from childhood to parenthood.

Dr. David Pulley "Dr. Dave" earned his bachelor's in psychology from Howard University in DC and obtained both his Master's and Doctorate from Chestnut Hill College in PA. His Doctorate degree is in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy and a specialization in the subject of Soul Mates. As a result, he is known as an expert on soul mates and a pioneer of some of the clinically based models and theories on the subject.
