There are many reasons why you might be looking for a counselor, but the search always involves a certain amount of courage and humility. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Kansas and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington State who works from a CBT perspective but does utilize a collaborative style. I work with adolescents(13-18), adults and geriatric on a variety of mental health concerns, however, I specialize in helping individuals with mood disorders and sexual addiction/dysfunction.
