I feel therapy is beneficial to most individuals and being a therapist as a guide to a improved level of functioning is very important. I feel building strong relationships with clients is vital to helping individuals move forward and concentrate on this within my practice. I I like working with clients that want to adapt and adjust to better handle their overall functioning. My mission is to help people reach their greatest potential through support, education and guidance. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, and an Educational Psychologist with a background in teaching and child development. I have been in the mental health field for 18 years and in the human service field /teaching for 25 years. I work with all age groups. My services include counseling, educational consultation and lifestyle coaching.

I offer psychotherapy and coaching for individuals and couples for emotional, communicational, behavioral and interpersonal problems. I have practiced and taught in Europe, Japan and in the U.S. for 25 years. My areas of specialty are relationship issues, divorce, sex therapy, sex coaching, life coaching, anxiety and stress, depression, emotional and communication problems, adolescent issues, and psychosomatic problems. My therapy is multidimensional. Depending on client's needs, I use cognitive, behavioral or psychodynamic approach.
