I have a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Reformed Theological Seminary. I have additional training in Sex Therapy, Sexual Addiction, Trauma and Abuse and Sexuality Issues. I am trained in and working toward certification in EMDR. I have also taken the Gottman Couples Communication Course. I work with people who have been sexually abused or assaulted as either children or adults, those with depression, grief, anxiety, stress, trauma (civilian and military) , sexual dysfunction,sexual addiction, sexual pain disorders as well those with infertility. I also work with people with genetic disorders as I have Masters in Medical Genetics.

Dr. Nosen has been providing evidence-based assessment and therapy since 2005. She specializes in treating adults experiencing anxiety, posttraumatic stress, depression, insomnia, alcohol and substance use. She primarily works from a cognitive-behavioral approach, tailoring treatments to help you develop insight, learn new ways of coping, and plan strategic changes to help you meet your personal goals. Dr. Nosen is trained in several specialized types of therapy protocols.

Dr. Barnes is a native Mississippian, earning his B.A. in Psychology from Delta State University in Cleveland, MS, and his Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Jackson State University in Jackson, MS. He has worked in academic, private, community, school, and state psychiatric settings as well as VA medical centers. Dr. Barnes completed his internship at the VA North Texas Health Care System followed by a fellowship at the G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center, specializing in addictive disorders.

I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. i have spent the past 7 years working with adolescent males struggling with depression, defiance, poor impulse control, boundary issues dealing with sexual perpetration, poor anger management, bullying behaviors, drug addiction, video game addiction, self-injurious behaviors, suicidal ideation, PTSD, grief, and attachment issues. My goal is to help them learn how to eliminate their abusive interactions and manage their emotions in a healthier manner through respectful communication and social interactions.
