Carrie has also taught Sociology classes at the collegiate level. Carrie has experience working with children, adolescents, families and adults on a wide variety of issues. I have been in private clinical practice for 22 years. I have specifically trained to work with children, adolescents, young adults and older adults. My time is spent fairly equally working with mental health and substance abuse issues. Likewise, I have chosen to not focus on one specific age group, finding it to be more satisfying to see various aged people. I spend the most time with young adults, from ages of 16-26. I enjoy working with couples; though challenging, I can often offer a safe place for them to listen to one another.
