I enjoy working with individuals and couples. My specialties include relationships and communication, couples/marriage therapy, depression, anxiety, stress management, difficulties of older age, addiction and bi-cultural issues. I use a variety of therapeutic methods as appropriate for you among them EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and EFT (Emotional Focused Therapy for Couples)
Over the past 17 years I have taught couple's communication classes to hundreds of couples helping them to communicate and relate better with each other, to strengthen their bond and to renew their commitment.
