When we become wrapped up in stuck patterns it is often connection with others that we need most, yet this is what is difficult to maintain.

I am deeply passionate about supporting adults to resolve developmental trauma and adult on-set PTSD. I utilize tools such as EMDR, somatic psychotherapies, IFS, PACT, and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy to support clients in unwinding trauma stored both in the mind and in the nervous system.

I know first hand the struggles of trauma, and have dedicated my life to learning the more effective techniques and modalities to help alleviate this suffering. Through research, advanced training, and working with hundreds of clients with trauma I can earnestly say that healing is absolutely possible! I wish you the very best in your journey!

I primarily work with adults who have experienced severe developmental trauma, as well as Veterans with an emphasis in supporting Special Operators. My style of working is with Ketamine Assisted Therapy, as I have found this to be the most effective tool available for resolving impacts of trauma, chronic high stress events and experiences, and supporting healing of attachment challenges.
