As a Social worker, Katie has over 15 years of experience in addictions, trauma, human trafficking, abuse, and other mental health concerns. Katie is a survivor and has a passion working with individuals of all gender and sexual identities who are current and former sex industry workers, including victims and survivors of human trafficking. Her specialty is working with teens and adults with behavioral, mental health, relationship, trauma and substance abuse concerns. Katie also offers the following services: A DUI, OWI, DWI substance abuse/alcohol assessment is required prior to sentencing for anyone being convicted of operating while under the influence of an intoxicating substance (e.g alcohol). This assessment involves speaking with Katie to examine the circumstances surrounding the conviction.
The substance abuse evaluation is the single most important piece of evidence towards a Michigan driver’s license restoration appeal. Knowing what to expect and being prepared is important towards regaining your license.
