At our practice, we use a Positive Psychology approach, working with individuals to develop the understanding and skills they need to achieve a higher level of daily functioning and quality of life. I am experienced in working with adults from different cultural backgrounds and speak Portuguese. We also have other clinicians who work with adults, teens and young children. Our child psychologist can provide services in English or Japanese. Currently, adult, teen and parent sessions are conducted online, while child sessions are in-person.
With many of the individuals and families, we function more in the role of coach, helping to find effective ways to respond to challenges and thrive in their lives. We also try to make our mental health services accessible. We look forward to working with you to achieve positive change!
