Hello! My name is Malak founder of Internal Healing Services. I’m EMDR- informed IFS trained! I specialize in complex trauma. I have over 15 years of experience in my field. I have worked on cultivating a team of therapists that create a safe emotional environment that we all need, and at times cannot find. At my practice, you get a personal one on one experience. My experiences support clients with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and adjustment disorders. I mainly practice EMDR therapy with my clients, and I also interweave IFS. EMDR is for clients who feel stuck in the past, and have very emotionally triggering memories. We work on changing emotions that are attached to disturbing memories.
