Welcome! I help people stuck in an exhausting web of anxiety, sadness, perfectionism, and self-doubt. I also work with people who manage chronic health conditions like endometriosis, PCOS, pelvic pain, and other chronic conditions. Many of my clients have experienced traumatic events and relationships and we are working to help them process and heal. It is my privilege to be part of this process and I love this work.

My specialty is working with couples who have been impacted by substance abuse, along with those that have stopped believing in themselves. I believe in working with the whole family system focusing on healing the internal conflict that lies within the system. I do this by using several therapeutic approaches such as Internal Family Systems, Structural Family Therapy, Emotional Focused Couples Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I work with my clients on addressing attachment injuries, internal conflict, finding internal balance, and increasing individuals' confidence in themselves.

I work with people not diagnoses. First and foremost I want my clients to know that they are not on their own. I first began to study counseling psychology because I enjoy helping people.
