I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. I help children, parents, and couples overcome obstacles, improve relationships, and better their lives. I offer an array of family therapy, attachment-based therapy, CBT, and parenting skills training to help families and children achieve their goals.
