My 50+ years of life has provided me with growth and healing opportunities ranging from joyfully inspiring to excruciatingly painful that fuels my deep compassion for the wide range of human experience.
My counseling practice integrates physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being through connection to body, mind, spirit and nature. I am passionate about blending mindful and embodiment practices with transpersonal, existential, developmental, neuroscience, internal family systems approaches in my client-centered work.
Previous professional experience includes a 20-year long creative design career in large corporations including Nike, entrepreneurial small start-ups and self-employed independent consulting. In my free time you’ll find me in enjoying motorcycle adventure touring in the Rocky Mountains, knitting, designing jewelry, gardening, and hanging out with my cat.
