Poetry Therapy
Writing poetry is an effective way to get in touch with feelings and memories and process them through creative work. I'm planning on running this group in San Rafael in the near future.This would be a time-limited group of 7 to 8 sessions. Participants will be asked to complete assignments in between the weekly group sessions; however, sharing of the written work with the group is voluntary. Please contact me for more details.
