Reaching out for help can sometimes be the hardest part. Many of us function under the idea we should be able to figure it out on our own. But unfortunately that’s just not always true. We often build walls and create patterns just to survive. That’s the truth of it all, you’re a survivor because you’re here. My goal is to help my clients understand all parts of themselves and uncover what parts may be holding them back; while learning tools to help break these disruptive cycles. There are no bad parts, and you (or your teen) aren’t broken. I’d love to help, feel free to reach out whenever you’re ready.
The world can be hard to navigate. If it has left you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, less motivated and altogether out of sorts, you are not alone. I believe one of my superpowers is helping my clients access the strength within them by unlearning some of the internalized beliefs & maladaptive patterns that keep them feeling stuck.
