We all want to be our best selves in life. Sometimes, due to a variety of circumstances, we become stuck in patterns of thinking or behaving that make it difficult to achieve our life goals. During these times, a therapeutic relationship can help to reignite passions, bring our best selves back into focus, and inspire forward movement once again.
Each person is unique and so is the process of therapy for each client. As such, my approach to clinical work is collaborative and integrative. My process is also grounded in evidence-based therapeutic practice (i.e. Mindfulness Based Relapse Prevention, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, etc.).
I specialize in working with individuals with complex trauma, anxiety, sexuality, relationship issues, depression, and substance use disorders. I believe strongly in the power of the human spirit and the ability of individuals to overcome challenges, even when they may seem insurmountable. I am currently licensed in NJ, RI, and IN.
