For over 20 years, I have gotten to do what I love every day. I believe the healing journey is sacred. Allowing someone to walk with you on this journey is always an honor and privilege. I provide therapy services for individuals needing behavioral health support to write the next chapter in their lives. This is done by assisting individuals in recognizing options, problem-solving, identifying and using resources, trying things a new way, encouraging them to discover and build on their strengths and supporting the people they care about. The first step on this journey begins with you.
My experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families teaches me every day how the healing journey is sacred and powerful. My approach to therapy is Eclectic, which empowers individuals to reach their potential by using a treatment modality that meets their individualized needs.
I believe your story belongs to you, and I am here to help you re-author, recreate, redefine, and write the story that you want to create in your own life. I would be honored and privileged to walk alongside your journey with you. In meeting the individual where they are at, I provide home visits on a case-by-case basis. I also provide clinical supervision.
