What has been getting in the way of your goals? Processing the earliest origins of your stuck points in your life and in your ancestral history with EMDR can help you reach your goals in the present, and begin to live the life you want to live. I specialize in working with adults with complex trauma, PTSD, and depression, especially adults who would like to address blocked emotions and stuck beliefs related to transgenerational trauma. I have an eclectic, focused approach, with an emphasis in EMDR, EFT tapping, Brainspotting, and Ego State parts work. As of January 3, 2025, current openings are for intensives only.
This processing-specific work I offer is structured and time-limited, designed to supplement other therapy such as talk therapy, verbal/external processing, somatic, spiritual, or group modalities. The work I offer is not intended to be long-term supportive therapy, and is not a fit for someone who prefers verbal processing or talk therapy alone.
I also offer longer blocks of therapy including intensive full days of EMDR. Some populations I have served include veterans and military family members, medical professionals, and academics. Special interests include moral injury and creativity. Licensed to see clients who are physically located in MA, MD, DC, RI, VT, and FL at the time of the appointment.
