An IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) offers more care than weekly therapy, but less than inpatient hospitalization. We work with teens struggling with depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, or struggling to cope with life stressors who need more support than weekly therapy.
Our 6 week program is designed to help both caregivers and teenagers develop skills to effectively manage life's challenges, communicate better, and build self-confidence for more successful life experiences. We've designed our program to take place outside of school hours to minimize absences and promote overall well-being.
Our goals are to help:
Navigate depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts with new skills and coping strategies.
Understand how the mind and body connect to reduce stress and navigate their emotional and mental world.
Learn how to set boundaries, practice self-advocacy, build resilience, and find balance.
Promote wellness and learn how to handle crises.
Our program strives to provides support, education, & skill-building, helping you feel more connected within your family and confident in facing challenges that come your way.
Caregiver/parent education is an important component to help you feel more equipped to support your teen and your family.
