I have experience working with early childhood disorders, social skills, parenting, and school issues. I specialize in comprehensive evaluations and devising treatment interventions for Autism, ADHD, Intellectual Disability, Specific Learning Disabilities (reading, writing, math), Dyslexia, Developmental Delays, Anxiety, Depression, and much more. In addition to being a Licensed Psychologist (LP), I am a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) and Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP).

I specialize in helping clients mindfully explore deep meaning, stress, and anxiety. My client diagnoses specializations include schizophrenia, bipolar, intellectual disability, dual-diagnosis disorders, and complex trauma. My passion is to help my clients develop a deeply understanding relationship to themselves, and by extension, to others. It is a healing journey for all of us. Consultation is specifically to treatment placement support for families who have adult children with dual-diagnosis and personality disorders.

I am a Bilingual Educational Counselor, graduated from the University El Bosque, in Bogota/Colombia(2004), where I obtained the title of Psychologist. I Completed 2 and 1/2 years of practice in Neuropsychology at the Bosque Hospital-Bogota/Colombia. I have 20 years of experience applying neropsychology, Clinical Psychology, School Psychology and Special Education. I have TEA certifications as a Generalist EC-4; Special Education EC-12, bilingual Education EC-12 &, School Counselor EC-12. I obtained my masters in Counseling Education, and I worked one-on-one with children with a variety of learning disabilities, and their families.

Hello! I am Monica Stiles, Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate under the supervision of Alice Payne, LPC-S, Registered Play Therapist-S. I also have a Specialist Degree in School Psychology. I have seven years experience working in local school districts where I had the pleasure of working with children aged 3 through 21 providing them with knowledge of coping skills, social skills, and various other skills. Assessment for psycho-educational concerns involves intellectual testing (or IQ), which examines cognitive processes, as well as achievement testing to investigate reading, writing, and math. I have enjoyed spending my life living, working, and mentoring in multicultural environments in the US, Europe, Africa, and Asia. My counseling experience expands by 40 years. I received my bachelor’s and master of Arts degrees from Dallas Baptist University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have completed 50 hours of Trauma training and 40 hours of Certified First Responder Counselor Training certificate programs. In my experience, the challenges in our relationships result from shame, fear, wounds, trauma, unrealistic expectations, or any combination of these.

I work with individuals dealing with anxiety and depression as well as substance-abuse and trauma. I also enjoy working with couples and figuring out blocks to greater intimacy. Additionally, I have both personal and professional experience working with families who have a child or family member with special needs. My personal journey with counseling began when I was 25 years old. As a young adult, I sought out counseling and completed the Adult Children of Alcoholics 12 step program. Years later, my husband and I would seek out counseling for our marriage and at times for our children.

Dr. Kroll specializes in evidence-based interventions for a wide range of behavioral health and psychological conditions, including trauma, mood disorders, chronic pain, and stress. She also provides psychological assessments for diagnostic clarification, treatment planning, and clarification of cognitive/memory issues. Finally, she works closely with first responders and law enforcement to complete pre-employment evaluations as well as psychological first aid and disaster response.
