Hello! I am a clinical psychologist who is dually licensed in Texas and Oregon. Always intrigued by the mind-body connection, I hold a Doctoral degree in Psychology from Walden University as well as a Master's degree in Physical Therapy from Drexel University (formerly Hahnemann). My experience in the field includes a practicum at Oregon State Hospital, an internship on the inpatient psychiatric units of Adventist Hospital, and ongoing work in outpatient/private practice settings completing therapy and evaluations. My areas of specialty include ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and psychological testing.

Throughout my career, I have received extensive training in the diagnosis and treatment of childhood and adolescent difficulties including: Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Specific Learning Disabilities, Intellectual Disability, depression, anxiety, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. I have worked with children and adolescents in public schools, foster care, out-patient clinics, and residential treatment centers. I worked as a LSSP in the public schools for three years completing special education evaluations, consultation with teachers, and counseling sessions with students.

Dr. Moreland is a Licensed Psychologist, who conducts comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological assessments through HIPAA Compliant Telehealth Platforms. She specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults with a range of socio-emotional problems, as well as cognitive symptoms and disorders. She has worked with a wide range of neurodevelopmental disorders, including intellectual disability, autism spectrum disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, and specific learning disorder. She has also had experience with neurological conditions, including traumatic brain injuries and dementia.

I am a dedicated and compassionate BCBA, advocating for my clients in every capacity. I consider my strengths to be teaching functional communication and decreasing behaviors of concern for individuals with autism. An official autism diagnosis is needed to accept insurance.

Previous work-related experience includes working at a residential treatment center, youth shelter, juvenile detention center, chemical dependency unit, adolescent and adult in-patient hospital, Employee Assistance Program, crisis intervention, in-take assessments, and intensive out-patient programming.
