Many of the people that I meet are navigating mental wellness, substance use, and/or traumatic events they have experienced. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker as well as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I also have extensive experience supporting teens/young adults who have experienced trauma, which led me to become a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. Currently I work with adults and youth, and I'm a strong believer in the mental/physical health connection.
