Christine Sayre is an independently licensed clinical counselor with experience treating adolescents, adults, and families with a variety of mental health concerns including Anxiety Disorders, Depressive Disorders, Personality Disorders, and Neurodevelopmental Disorders. She has focused much of her clinical work on individuals diagnosed with personality disorders and families experiencing high conflict. Ms. Sayre utilizes DBT, CBT and other evidence-based modalities for the treatment of various mental health disorders. Ms. Sayre conducts wellness assessments and coaching for those interested in improving their overall wellness.

Dr. Lynn Luna Jones earned her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Temple University in 2004 and is a licensed psychologist. She has over 13 years of experience in the field of psychology and has worked with children, adolescents, and adults, providing individual, family, couples, and group counseling services. She specializes in diagnostic assessment and is skilled in administering intellectual, achievement, personality, vocational, adaptive functioning, and other specialized tests.

I am originally from New York City, so I have always had friends, associates and relationships with persons from absolutely every culture.  This has  been extremely valuable to the development of my clinical skills and ability to understand and help a vast variety of people, from a vast variety of backgrounds.  The next invaluable contribution to my clinical abilities is my Mother Elizabeth Rozzell, who is an extremely wise, loving woman of deep spirituality and profound critical thinking skills.  She taught me that, "Everyone I know, knows something I don't".  This makes every single persons of unique intrinsic value. 

We all start out life with expectations, hopes and dreams. We are whole & complete - with purpose -ready to take on the world. Then life happens. We get bumped, chipped and battered. I enjoy working with mature adults (over 35 years) and specialize in helping those with anxiety, trauma, depression or life transitions. We will work on learning coping skills as well as ways that you can take charge of your life and move toward having the life you find worth living.
