I’m deadly curious about what you want to say but can’t, who you want to be but won’t, and what would unfold out of you if we could together tend to the parts that are hard to bear— without judgment and without a goal for what comes next. There is a reason you have been bottling up precious parts of you. We will explore that reason, that need you had to hold yourself tightly inside. It is from this safer space that you will once again look at the long-hidden precious parts of you, and together we will see how you want to unfold from here. I'm a good fit for authenticity/identity/wounds/therapists/queer folks/over-thinkers/creatives.
I'm queer and nonbinary, and am a mindful coparent to three teenagers. When I began therapy 10 years ago, I sought wholeness and was striving to be my authentic self. That's the path I'm on, and is why I hold a loving and nonjudgmental space for you to find your authentic self that's calling to you, wherever it leads.
At the heart of my work is a safe space to let my clients accept and love themselves. In that space, healing and growth is possible. This work can be vulnerable but it is the biggest investment in yourself that you can make: the pursuit (and habit!) of seeing yourself clearly and attending to your own precious life. I look forward to hearing from you.
