I offer telehealth Mental Health Counseling Services. If you have the internet and a computer or smart phone, we can have video sessions. Perhaps you are feeling that you need to start seeing a counselor, but have had barriers such as: you live in a rural area, have transportation issues, childcare problems, a chronic illness, time constraints, etc. I offer traditional counseling services, but from the comfort of your home or other safe space. Sometimes just getting to a counseling office can be difficult: and I am looking forward to bringing my counseling services to you.
