I have spent the past 20 years helping adolescents (and their families) with the work of growing into healthy, happy adults. My background includes teaching high school, running a summer camp, school counseling, and directing September High School. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I have brought these experiences into my clinical work.

Dr. Hipp provides comprehensive psychoeducational, psychosocial and neuropsychological assessments to adolescents and adults 16+. We specialize in helping clients & families clarify diagnoses, determine how to improve academic, occupational & social performance, as well targeted assessment of emerging/existing mental health issues. Detailed recommendations & treatment plans that will address specific concerns and goals are provided by identifying personal strengths and areas for improvement.

I am dedicated to working with people who want to get at the roots of their emotional pain and distress. My fundamental approach to treatment is relational. Therapy is a process where we will develop an alliance in which your emotional and developmental needs are made a priority. Over time, an internalized healing space forms where you can recover access to parts of your true self. Speaking freely without unnecessary self-censorship may be simple, but it is not easy.
