I am most passionate about working with individuals, of all ages, with a wide range of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health challenges. I love co-discovering what is preventing you from living the life that you desire and focusing on your strengths.
With individual clients, I predominately practice Art Therapy, Psychotherapy, and Meditative Therapy. With groups, I currently facilitate a Dialectical Behavior Therapy course at Boulder Prep Highschool, intuitive painting workshops for women, a Creative Coping Skills group for teens, and a program called "Creative Wisdom: Art Enrichment for Older Adults".
