I also work with parents on how to parent a child with ODD, ADHD and Autism. Children, tweens and teens who are struggling with self-esteem, divorce, peer relations, school issues, depression or anxiety are my passion. I want to help them learn to navigate their young world more effectively and achieve their potential.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in adolescents and adults who face challenges with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, coping skills, stress, women’s issues, relationship issues, trauma, adjustment disorders, suicidal thoughts and family conflict. I earned my Master’s degree of education in counseling and human development from George Mason University. I am passionate about helping others navigate through challenges that may have an impact on their day-to-day life. I utilize an integrative approach built on evidence-based interventions.

Doctor of psychology with expertise in psychological/neuropsychological/educational/forensic evaluations and psychotherapy. Diagnoses and treats various clinical/neuropsychological difficulties including brain-related injuries, anxiety, depression, PTSD, autism, intellectual disabilities/learning disorders, and emotional and behavioral difficulties. Works with immigrant populations, military/veterans and families, victims of trauma, abuse and domestic violence, as well as forensic (court-related) populations, among others. Works with all age groups. Bible-centered therapy can be also provided, if so desired.
