All fruitful relationships, require consistent effort, maintenance, and at times mediation. If your relationship is suffering due to a loss of intimacy, failure of trust, or a lack of understanding, counseling is an encouraged option.

Wellness University is a unification of exercise physiology, therapy, and meaningful life direction that is aimed at healing the mind, body, and spirit for clients that are interested in participation.
