Groups
Trauma Sensitive Yoga and Mindfulness Group
This group is specifically designed to address healing from trauma/traumatic events. Modifications are available for any level. Mindfulness, stress/anxiety reduction, breathing exercises, body positivity, empowerment, reduction of dissociative states, and post traumatic stress symptom reduction are the main areas of focus for this group. All ages are welcome to attend with a referral from the clinician. Due to Covid 19, this group is now offered as a video group session.

Dialectical Behavioral Skills Training Group
This DBT skills training group is for adults 18+. It's an hour and forty minutes long (two sessions) group. This group focuses on skill/s development, allows time for practicing the new skill/s, and for building effective coping skills/strategies for healing from trauma/traumatic events. This is a DBT psychoeducational/skills building group and not a processing group. *Processing is not allowed in this group due to it being a potential trigger for other clients. Processing is reserved for individual therapy.
