My areas of expertise are: anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, substance use disorders, personality disorders, life adjustment/transition issues, self-esteem challenges, anger management, and dealing with stress.
I utilize a number of evidenced- based techniques such as: CBT, solution focused therapy, mindfulness, DBT, and motivational interviewing.
